He has held senior positions as a CEO, CFO, COO, CRO, Court appointed Receiver, Court appointed Expert and fiduciary, strategic advisory positions, and served as a Director on public and private company boards. Richard is recognized as being very effective in identifying problems that create business underperformance and financial distress, and quickly implementing practical solutions which result in profitable growth, and higher valuation and recoveries for lenders and creditors. He combines the unique experiences of a CEO and CFO and has extensive successful experience in growing the top line and bottom line in companies with a strong focus on managing operations and increasing cashflow and enterprise value for shareholders.
His experience includes various healthcare entities, manufacturing, food, construction, consumer products, specialty retail, and professional services industry sectors.
Scott Capifoni has more than 25 years of diverse executive financial management experience with both middle market companies and entrepreneurial ventures. His core strengths are in helping clients to understand their true financial and operations results from effectively developing and implementing measurable key indicators. Regardless whether the situation is a crisis management/turnaround, start-up opportunity, high growth or mature business, his broad experience over many years in both consulting and operations has given him the analytical tools to quickly assess breakdowns in systems and processes and implement corrective improvements.
His common sense communication style and analytical skills, provide him with the unique ability to help build the necessary connective solutions that bring operations, finance and information systems departments working towards common goals. He has served in a diverse range of industries including, manufacturing, distribution, professional services, construction/development and technology, and understands the financial costing metrics and best practices that successfully drive each sector. He has assisted his clients with obtaining debt financing and has experience with negotiating large credit facilities with lenders.
